Terms of Service

We want to make your dental care experience as smooth as possible, which includes transparent financial arrangements. Before we begin any treatment, we'll discuss the costs and payment options with you.

We're happy to help you with insurance claims. Please note that payment is required in full at the time of service and your insurance company will then reimburse you directly, often within 24 hours. We can send a preauthorization if you're unsure about covered services.

We accept multiple payment methods, including:

Confirming Appointment

We confirm your dental appointment at the time of scheduling. As a service to our patients, we'll send you a reminder one week before your appointment and another reminder 24 hours in advance. Please note that even if we cannot reach you by phone or message, your appointment remains scheduled, and we expect you to attend as planned.

Insurance Details

Please provide your insurance information to our reception, who will prepare the necessary forms. Our fees are based on the Manitoba Dental Association fee guide and are consistent for all patients.

Payment Plans

Understanding that dental care can be costly, we offer third-party financing. This allows you to access necessary treatments without financial strain, with various financing options available to suit your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 2 full business days of advance notice. Cancellations must be made by phone and are not accepted via email, text, or voicemail. This helps us accommodate other patients who may require urgent dental care. Please note that missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 business days notice may incur a cancellation fee.
